I woke up in the morning, feeling very excited. When i reached the Changi Airport, we collected our passports for our teacher and boarded the plane, MU546, which is China Eastern Airlines.After reaching, we disembarked from the plane and the cool breeze was the first thing we felt. It was very cold... We boarded the coach...journey to Pei Ming Middle Sch was approx. 1 hour. When we reached Pei Ming Middle Sch it was only 6 p.m. but the sky was already dark. The weather was very chilly outside. We gathered inside the meeting room and met our long awaited Shanghai buddies.

Carine Ng Shu Min 黄思敏:
今天是第一天到上海。感觉有一点兴奋因为坐了五个小时的飞机，终于到了。可以看到我的新朋友让我也感到很开心。我是怀着紧张的心情到了培明中学。紧张是因为住在陌生人的家一定会有一点不习惯。可是看到了我的朋友和她的家人后，我一切的烦恼都没了。他们带我到饭店吃，也给了我自己的房间住。我很感激他们！

Lee Weng Leong 李永良:
I arrived at Pei Ming Middle School and 'found' my buddy. My buddy and his dad came to pick me up from school while his mother was at home cooking dinner. They helped me put my lugguage properly and called me to eat dinner. I came to the table and smelled something good. It was Shanghai's famous river crab! His mum said, these crabs are born in rivers, that's why they are smaller than crabs that are born in the sea. After eating, it was about 6 and they brought me to the Bund to feel the sea breeze and see the nice scenery.

Wong Jit Nung 黄捷农:
一下车后,我的接待家庭直接载我去一家有名的饭店吃晚餐. 我兄弟的爸妈很客气,为了欢迎我,点了很多菜.有红子鸡,比目鱼,莲耦,糖醋排骨,等等.
